B&B Extra Verte/Cn BV collects and processes personal data for customer management based on contractual relationship as a result of your order/purchase and for direct marketing (to offer you new products or services) based on our legitimate interest.

If necessary to achieve the set objectives, the personal data on the customer will be shared with other partners (of B&B Extra Verte/Cn Bv group) in the European Economic Area who are directly or indirectly connected with B&B Extra Verte/Cn Bv or any other partner of B&B Extra Verte/Cn Bv. B&B Extra Verte/Cn BV guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of the personal data.

The personal data processed for customer management will be retained during the period that is required to comply with the legal requirements.
Right to view, correct, delete, restrict and object to personal data and their transferability
The customer has right at all times to view his/her personal data and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her.
Moreover, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, customary and machine readable form) of his/her personal data and have the personal data forwarded to another company.
To be able to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the customer is requested to:
• update the settings of his/her customer account him/herself;
• send an email to B&B Extra Verte/Cn Bv.
Direct marketing
The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Complaint
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint to the Belgian Privacy Commission (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
